"This place is superior in terms of everything. I gave 5 star rating on my last stay till I got food poisoning today from the breakfast. They worked really hard to make the place nice. I really don’t know which food caused me ill and I could not do hiking instead of keeping throwing up."

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war, dass bei der Buchung ein Zimmer mit Bergblick angegeben war, wir jedoch keinen Blick auf die Berge hatten. Das war etwas schade, da wir uns darauf gefreut hatten. "Avoid if you can , - location : this hotel is pretty far from cortina d ampezo - The room super small n bed not comfortable , more over the bathroom super smallll - both above actually I can still accept BUT the last thing that made me give this score is the service attitude is bad , especially on the food service area , they treat the customer like criminal , they shud be aware that hotel is far away from location hence water n other drink shud be accessible , they put big writing that guess...

"Great place. While the hotel is a bit far from the town center there is a bus stop nearby, which is convenient. There is also a trail nearby to walk to town (nice if it isn’t raining). The breakfast they offer is excellent and convenient. Just a warning unrelated to this hotel, DON’T GO TO DINNER AT THE HOTEL DES ALPES, which is across the street. While it may seem convenient, we regretted going there. Staff were very strange and off putting and the food was underwhelming and overpriced."

"We liked the authenticity of the Italian town and hotel! Staff were helpful and the breakfast was lovely! The proximity of the town to Ortisei was good. It gave us easy access to lifts for tourist spots but we were able to retreat to our more quiet town afterwards. The views from the window and outside the hotel were like paintings!"
