"I returned to my room after a swimming and it smelled like dog pee. Very disturbing considering how nice the hotel is and there was white stains on the couch. Shower drained slowly so, washing my feet was a bit difficult."

"I've stayed at the Heathman twice now, and it is a solid hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly. My only criticism would be the food. The food is slightly above average."

"After several hotel fails lately it was nice to stay here. Clean and quiet. No leaking faucets, no drainage issues and no grease on the couch. My only complaint is the unforeseen charge to park. It’s not and it should be posted predominantly that a $17 per day parking charge is made. No choice to park somewhere else. The Hilton website for this place does show it more plainly. No problems but we didn’t know there was a huge convention going on. But it was all good."
