"The hotel was beautiful. However, I was checked in by a gentlemen that seemed miserable. We received zero information about the property. I didn’t know how to find information independently until I seen the QR code. I asked the bar for a plastic fork. He said okay and then just didn’t get one. No explanation just left us standing there. After 10 minutes the other bartender asked if we needed anything.Anytime I asked a question it seemed like I was annoying the front desk staff. Room was serviced twice no conditioner. I bought my own so I didn’t have to ask. The service was not what I expected from a hotel this expensive. "
