"Breakfast was good. Check in was quick and friendly. Whirlpool was closed for maintenance when I wanted to use it. That was a disappointment since I was looking forward to sitting in the hot tub while the wife and Granddaughters were swimming!"

"The rooms were clean and fresh smelling. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. The people cleaning rooms, made sure to say hi, and ask if they could help you with anything, even though they weren’t cleaning your room at the time. We stayed 3 days and the staff makes you feel like family. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, but each day they offered a special. Sausage and scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon and omelettes. Everything kept clean hot and fresh. We took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub. You pass the front desk for access. They immediately came in to check, and brought extra towels. We had a nice chat with one young employee, who was from Jamaica about getting used to the freezing, snowy winters. We had a good laugh at that. They were very helpful with good restaurant choices, and direction to our events. My husband doesn’t usually have any comments about our hotel stays, but as we were leaving he thanked them for the stay and told them he really enjoyed his stay because of them."

"Brought our dog and stayed at one of the cabins and was extremely satisfied with the stay. The location is beautiful with a dense pine forest surrounding the individual cabins. Ate dinner and breakfast at the on-site restaurant and both meals were quite good (and the breakfast voucher was a nice touch). The only issue we faced was that the AC or the room itself had a somewhat musty smell (we couldn’t identify where the smell was coming from but it was unpleasant) but we just kept the windows open and didn’t mind it too much."

"Out of the 9 states and 9 hotels we visited during our trip, this hotel was by far the best. It was clean, well-maintained, fresh-smelling, and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. My entire family truly enjoyed our stay here. I hope you continue maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and exceptional customer service that made our experience so memorable. The staff were one of the main reasons we had such a wonderful stay. A special thank you to the entire team for always being welcoming, helpful, and professional. Your genuine kindness and hospitality did not go unnoticed. You made us feel at home and played a huge role in making our family vacation enjoyable, comfortable, and stress-free. We sincerely appreciate all your hard work and dedication. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to offer more healthy breakfast options and add greater variety to the breakfast menu each day. While the food was good, having the same choices every morning became a bit repetitive during our stay. Other than that, we have no complaints at all. Everything was excellent, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers. Thank you again to the entire staff for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience.
