"Communication for property was fine. Told us codes etc in a SMS message. Upon entering the property the place seemed clean until you saw up close. We were a family of five and the accommodation served its purpose. It was close to the kids ski schools. The bath / shower water was very temperamental. "Location was great. Food was plentiful, varied and very good. I am a non-skier and was planning on working out a lot while hubby skied. Website stated that there was yoga, and it looked as though there would be about 5 classes/day...well, we were told onsite that there was no yoga instructor this year- please update your site!? The Norwegian spa on the roof was unavailable as well. Steam room/sauna were nice. Pool was lovely...when it was warm enough. "
