"Very bad price quality service, the manager refused give me invoice for what I consumed there…the room service very bad and the customer service terrible. The pool dirty and no guard stuff ….this is the first and last time go there"

Room didnt not even try to match the pictures provided, staff at the restaurant were incredibly rude and didnt even notify me that my breakfast was free, except one guy who provided an incredible service on the last. Room had no towels, no sandals, no wifi ..."
