"Never coming back! Everything was dirty , pool and jacuzzi water was brown , they give you a key for your room, i open my room door without the key just with a simple push , pictures look nice but in person is a swamp dont book here"

"It definitely needs updating. I always take my on linens. This time it was much needed. The bed skirt was soiled. I didn’t complain and tried not to let it ruin my vacation. The jacuzzi jets were not working and the gym was closed. We pay extra for these things and we don’t get them."
