"It was a nice room ,they gave me a handicap one, it was very nice and big ,so happy with it!!"

"All was clean"

"Excellent"

"Everything was ok"

"The concierge made our stay enjoyable and went above and beyond to help us settle into our room. Although I didn’t catch his name, he took the time to explain the amenities and services available both at the hotel and nearby. Whenever we saw him, he was either helping other guests or asking if there was anything he could do for us. His hospitality was exceptional. The front desk service was adequate but lacked the same level of skill and willingness to assist. We were left with the impression...

"The smell of sewer was strong in the room and of cigarettes."

"This is my favorite hotel. Near everything and a walking distance to the Rio plaza."
