We didn’t have hand towels, no wash cloths no tissues,no hair dryer,no iron. 🙄

Hotel Lucerna Tijuana
Don’t even know where to begin. When we arrived our room AC didn’t work. It gave out heat instead of cold.

Grand Hotel Tijuana
It said complimentary breakfast, but there was with charge. The bedsheets had residual hair from prior tenants & little dirt marks. Beds were sorta comfortable but with springs. It has a nice view, 20 something floors and quick elevators
