"This is not my first time staying at this hotel, and I’ve always been very satisfied. The last time I visited was with my mother, who had knee replacement surgery. We arrived much earlier, and I asked if a room becomes available, please let us know. My mother had to sit in the car for four hours. What’s most surprising is that the room we were given had been cleaned a couple of hours before we were allowed in. My car was parked directly in front of the unit, so I was able to see when the cleaning staff finished and left. We were checked in exactly at 4 PM. I was left with the impression that the front desk staff may not have liked me, or perhaps my accent."
