"This place is awesome. Right on the water with our own balcony! The room was very comfortable and well equipped, having a mini fridge was nice. We had a fireplace and beautiful spa like bathroom, the shower heads are a huge pro for someone with thick long hair!!!! Everything was great, the staff was so friendly at check in and gave us complimentary cookies, waters and sodas. We weren’t in town long but will definitely come back!"

"My daughter was hospitalized with pneumonia, I requested to cancel and a refund 2 days before our trip (bcuz pneumonia doesn't decide when it comes).. and they ignored my request or my message and proceeded to send messages about checking in..
