"Peekaboo ocean view, rooms are old but the building is on the historical board, big deal. I don't go to Cannon Beach for the hotel experience. Parking is plentiful and safe, all of Cannon Beach is safe. Great experience! "

"It was a beautiful stay! Great view to the ocean, got to see a herd of elks from the balcony, which was a cool experience. Clean room, enjoyed the extra large towels, clean shower and soaking tub, and the fireplace made it feel cozy and romantic. "

"We stayed in the one bedroom with full kitchen and jetted tub at site #2. Staff was amazing! Always very helpful and gracious. Location was in the middle of town. It was great walk to restaurants and shops. Beach was only a couple houses away. At night & early morning I could hear the ocean. It was awesome. Only draw back for us is that we couldn’t stay another week 😉"

"Spotless room and friendly staff. It was our first trip with our pup and they made everything so easy and enjoyable. At least in the off season the front desk closes for the night in the evening - something we did not know until we went to check out a game. Not the end of the world and certainly not a surprise given that it was January but would have been nice to know in advance. Other than that small detail everything was fabulous. Beds were comfy, our view was perfect."

"Nice reasonably priced comfortable room. It was described as non view, but window looked out onto Seaside Prom and the sand. That was a plus for us. It was a short walk to the center of town. There are many beach accesses along the Prom. "

"Our favorite Cannon Beach resort. The rooms are clean and beautiful. We love the ground floor and stepoing out to the covered porch to sit and bask in the susets (while also watching the bunnies frolic). Nightly happy hours include a good selection of Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and chardonney plus heavy hors d’oeuvres. Free breakfast is delicious- a big variety of hot amd cold choices and freshbrewed coffee! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Plus some dog friendly rooms! "

"We are repeat guests at the Rivertide. Always a relaxing stay, easy walk to the ocean/restaurants. Having a kitchen is nice for the days you want to stay in"

"The property is old, but well maintained. There were limited food options nearby, but the room had a refrigerator so that wasn't a problem. Because we were in an accessible room with a handicap parking spot, we had to park a few rooms away, but we could unload. I would stay here again. "
