Adobe Resort
Pros: Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, gym and pool okay and great location. Cons: The hotel is old and worn out and could definitely use an upgrade. Booked a hillside view room which to my surprise meant directly out to the parking lot. Overall: Ok value for the price.

Elizabeth Oceanfront Suites, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Unfortunately the pool heater was not working. The breakfast was minimal. But the evening chowder was Excellent! The fireplace and balcony and view -also wonderful!

The Landing at Newport
Everything about The Landing is wonderful! The room was spotless, the view superb, the staff friendly and the location great for exploring Old Town.
