"Property seemed to be overall maintained, but our room had ants, a used bar of soap in the shower, a used napkin in the closet and hair in the floor and on the counter of the bathroom. Our bathroom was also out of body wash and had 2 conditioners instead of 1 and a shampoo. I had to retrieve a shampoo from the front desk. We only stayed a night, would not stay again. "

"The hotel is just off Rte 40. It’s still a new style. With a decent breakfast included. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."

"The staff was as helpful as they could be. 1st our room didn’t have a trash can. 2nd the fold out couch mattress had springs sticking out of the mattress. 3rd the hot water for the shower only got to warm and the control handle is wrong. When put to hot the water is cold and when put to put it’s cold. The middle was warm. 4th Bathroom door would not shut and lock. 5th the hot tub is out of order. 6th the pool water was cold even though it’s indoor. Overall for $180/night this is the worst hotel...

"Comfortable stay"

"I called and reserved my room a week ahead, but was still not able to check in because the room were not clean yet. There was several other guests that did not get the beds they reserved either. Would not stay there again, sorry to say. It was close to everything I needed to be at the next day, but not worth the headache. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more tp and towels. The girl with green hair couldn't get off her phone to come help me"

"A decent place to stay, with a great breakfast in the morning. Wish they would furnish the room with bottled water. The only hotel that we have stayed at that does not."

"Not a place that I would stay again. Dingy, musty, and annoyingly loud air conditioner made for an uncomfortable and sleep-deprived stay. The staff was nice, but the room made me like I was transported back to the 70’s."

"Price was decent. Checkout was a bit confusing. I guess i was supposed to just set my card on the desk and not ring the bell. Lady came up and grabbed card set it on desk and took the bell and the sign to ring bell down and went back to her room. Maybe put a sign up saying to do that. It was a good stay though and smoking section outside. Very close to Palo Duro canyon. Bed was a little firm but not bad. Was quiet and felt safe."

"Bath had black mold in seams of shower and VERY thin blanket between 2 sheets wasn't enough. Bed was comfortable though. USB and plug at bedside appreciated."
