"Our room didn't have air. The people next door to us were so loud (after 11pm). When we approached the front desk, they acted like we were lying about the noise. Said there were no other rooms available. Eventually they changed our room at midnight. It was ridiculous. The pool room is tiny. Not a good experience."

"We liked the room and bathroom! They were nice and clean and had plenty of supplies we needed. The food was good because we had several places within the hotel to get food to eat. The staff was very helpful and the parking was very good and safe for car. This was a GREAT place for us to stay!"

"The hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. The view of the mountains was very pretty. Bathrooms were large and clean with good hot water pressure. Large space in the double queen room. Parking was easy, although you have to pay nightly. Close access to a lot of places to eat and easy highway access. We came to see University of Denver and it is a 7-minute easy drive. The elderly front desk employee doesn't seem thrilled with her job with eye rolls about soccer players in town, rude...

"This place is located in a sketchy area. The people coming in and out were pretty questionable. We kept the curtains shut and the do not disturb sign on the door. Didn't want people looking in the room. There was domestics down the hall one night and people doing drugs across the street at 711. I forgot my son's cologne in the room and tried contacting them to get it back. Yes, it's my fault for forgetting it, but I'm really disappointed that they made no effort to try and help me get it back....

"Avoid This Hotel at All Costs. The building has 8 floors and only 2 elevators — and unbelievably, one of them was out of service for about 10 days. Every morning meant a 10 minute wait just to get downstairs. On the day we checked out, both elevators were broken, forcing us (2 Senior Citizens) to carry our luggage down multiple flights of stairs. There is zero maintenance and clearly nobody cares.
