"The elevator didn't work. I had a climb stairs to the third floor which hurt my knees. now they're charging a $100 for deposit. I've stayed there before, and I never was charged that befor and the guy said that they started doing that three weeks before.I started staying there that night.I will not be back though"

"I assumed that when I booked a hotel that is part of a franchise, it was subject to certain standards set forth by the Online Booking site and the Hotel Chain Corporation. Obviously, I was mistaken.
