"Very friendly owner, clean and quiet room. The owner obviously takes pride in his motel. It has an interesting history that he shared with us. It was not a super fancy place. Just a nice, comfortable and affordable motel not too far from our daughter’s college. "

"Upon arrival there was no one at the desk , but the keys to our room were there with our names clearly on them. A phone next to the counter with a sign says pick up if you have any questions. So I did, person answering said we were all set. Room were clean and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was good and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again. Cheers "

"A Mighty Big Thank You to Andy and Laurie who made our stay that much more enjoyable! Your front desk matters and it was our understanding Andy was doing triple duty of sorts to give some of the staff time away. That noted, service did not suffer and our stay was Awesome! Rooms were pleasant, building kept up well, breakfast was great, across the street Walmart a plus. A note of gratitude to all who made it possible."

"Check in was very easy and staff was friendly. We've stayed in this hotel many times before when it was Best Western. We were NOT happy with the "new" BW when they moved across the road (cruddy room, under re-construction, was a mess). We chanced coming back to this building and were happy to see it still looking good! The morning staffers at the desk were not so friendly, almost annoyed. I mentioned to one that the milk was empty in the decanter after getting some cereal. She acknowledged me...

"I love this house! We had the entire place to ourselves since we were the only guests. Very clean. Love the old architecture. Jade made sure we had everything we needed. A plus! Would definitely stay again if we revisit the area. "
