Room smelled bad, the towels were dirty- they had makeup on them. The unopened Kleenex box was filthy like someone with very dirty hands was handling it. The smoke detector beeped loudly all night. We will never stay here again. It was gross.

Iron in my room was not working. No one was picking up the service desj, so I went downstairs and asked for a new one. Front desk said one is on the way. Nothing happened for next 30 minutes. Very poor service.

Main complaint was that the kitchen was poorly stocked. Unit comes with a dishwasher , but no detergent or pods. No dish soap or sponge to hand wash. Most of the dishes in the cabinets were obviously not clean, had to go out and purchase soap before I could cook anything. Also kitchen was missing ...
