"Never did see the gym it's upstair"

"The hotel is truly in the heart of the city. Everything was walkable to everything. I wish we had stayed here longer! We booked the family suite and it truly was incredible. They had a PS5 with limited games, but what a nice feature to keep the kids busy. And having two bathrooms was great for 4 people. Plus there was a sofa bed so you could fit 5-6 people. Welcome treats were provided which was a nice touch. Staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast buffet (included when we went) was a mix of hot and cold items which was amazing. And the gym was amazing! It had so many machines and a small space for floor work. We only stayed one night but well worth the price! "

"All staff were great. It is a beautiful hotel - extremely well constructed and expertly finished (been open for less than one year). The restaurant meals were superb - we were booked in for 2 nights and had both dinners there. Breakfast was equally good. Had a somewhat challenging issue with the room heat - even with that, I would not diminish the excellent rating for this hotel. Definitely recommend highly. "

"Honestly one of the worst hotel I’ve been to. The room for 3 was clearly for 2, with the 3rd person supposed to either sleep on the sofa that’s not a sofa bed, or in a tiny that’d barely fit a teenager. The staff is nice but the owner, an old lady, is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for Tabasco and she literally told me to go and buy it myself. The breakfast is terrible, we stopped having it after 3 days because we couldn’t see it anymore. The “pool” is at best a bath tub. This is NOT a 5*, at best, best, 3*. You should avoid "
