"Hotel fasilitas cukup bagus, cuma maintainace kurang sekali, ginap 2 malam harus pindah 2X kamar,kamar pertama kamar mandi shower cuma air panas yg deras air dingin kecil, bahaya kena air panas langsung. Safety box rusak, teknisi datang repair dua kali tapi gagal. Pindah kamar kedua, aircon tidak panas, di repair 2 X juga gagal dan bau asap, terpaksa pindah kamar lagi.😱"

"It’s quite hard to find a pet-friendly hotel stay in China, but this place is out of expectation. My little boy Peanut Butter had a wonderful time here, playing with the hotel’s alpacas and having a lot of fun running around. The room with a well-decor and excellent lake view is extremely clean. We will definitely keep coming back for more nights!"
