"The room we stayed in was spotless. Overnight staff were extremely friendly and helpful even though we arrived very late at night. Breakfast was very good, and the eating area was kept clean. My only complaint is that the receptionist working during the day was impossible to understand. He spoke very fast and had a very thick accent, and he clearly had difficulty understanding me as well because he asked me to repeat my room number multiple times. He seemed nice, just not the kind of person you...

"Exceeded expectations during a week stay. Nice property, funky vibes, great breakfast. Decent WiFi. Appreciated the keurig and mini fridge in every room. Hot water and good water pressure. This will definitely be my go to for DFW trips."

"Convenient location that is very clean and well maintained. The staff at check-in was very nice and it made checking in late at night after traveling a little less stressful."

"Everything was great!! Clean, great staff. Easy check out"

"My was never cleaned during my stay. I checked in Thursday; my checkout was supposed to be Sunday morning. I checked out early, Saturday about 4 pm. I felt like I should have been credited some for leaving early, if I would have stayed I wouldn’t have had a clean towel to shower with because y’all didn’t clean the room. Sorry, but I had a bad experience and I usually never complain. Y’all had plenty of time to clean the room because I was always gone during the day."

"I appreciated the maid service but they had terrible breakfast service, the food was cold and we thought it was included in the room price. There was no one there when we checked in or out. Had to wait for them to get there. I never have had to wait upon check in or check out. I will remember 4 Points and not be using them again."

"Sercice good, breakfast terrible"
