"This property did not feel like a hotel at all. The overall setup and atmosphere were more like a shelter than a hotel. There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. "This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 2 week trip. Bottled water in the rooms, working mini fridge, access to English YouTube, air conditioner was working well, lots of space. Great restaurant and patio. I would totally stay at this place again. 5 star."

My only suggestion for improvement is the shower/tub design. The bathtub had unusually high sides, making it difficult to step in and out safely. I'm 6'3", and even I had to bend my legs quite a bit to get in and out. It made me think that older guests or anyone with limited mobility could have a difficult time and potentially...

"Okay, first it was hot during our trip and the AC in the room did not cool lower than 23°C, even though it was set to 18°. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options for everyone. I didn't like that we had to pay to use the pool, it's nothing special but it did cool us down, still this should be included in the room rate. Parking was easy, the outdoor lounge was great for watching the World Cup. Close to both the street cars and the train station. I would stay here again."

"Staff we awesum, helpful & really friendly. Breakfast was excellent & amazing & such a great variety of food & beverages. The take away sandwich was a huge benefit, it allowed us to only buy an evening meal. Tram transport was ideal across the road. Rooms were cleaned each day & our cleaner was lovely. Would highly recommend to others & would definately stay there again if ever we go to Prague again. Nga mihinui"
