"Sadly the hotel did not meet our expectations. The first room we were allocated had mold round the windows and in the bathroom and it smelt funny. The staff were very good and gave us a new room but it still wasn't great. It is possible that we were just in the old part of the hotel - if so, avoid low number rooms. Breakfast was good and location nice."

"A relaxing feel runs through the hotel and out into the gardens. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. Herons love it too! The staff were smiley and attentive, Our room was clean and the towels soft and fluffy. We made use of the spa facilities every day. The pool temperature was great for us."

"AC! As it was the hottest day of the year in June. Well until the following day, where it was still 31C at 9pm in Hampshire. Pool good, if a little small, I think I absorbed most of the water through my skin!"

"Good breakfast. I did speak with property about solo travellers being stuck at the back of the dining room. Why cant we have as good a table as anyone else? I am an experienced traveller and dont like being treated any differently to anyone else! Whole hotel and the grounds are georgeous though and I enjoyed my time there. My single room was nicely spacious."

"Nice stay for one night at this hotel partly due to an early hospital appointment and partly to take advantage of the aircon during a heatwave! Rooms are compact but adequate with controllable aircon, comfortable beds and a good sized TV. As has been mentioned on other reviews bathrooms have a clear glass door which was fine as privacy is maintained due to the layout of the bathroom. Location is good for the airport and hospital.
