"I was in town to watch my Mets take on the Angels. This hotel was perfect. I was able to walk to the ballpark in about 15 minutes. Plenty of dining options around, including my first visit to an In-N-Out burger. Disneyland was a 5-minute drive away. Staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Anaheim. "

"Well we had nothing but problems with trying to get our tv to work, we called them , they sent someone up switched remotes. That didn’t work called again they said someone fixed it , it never worked . Quite frustrating. The bathroom had someone else's Black long hair all over the floor, we were there for 4days and it never got cleaned up (i can only imagine they carpets were never vacummed)"

"The room itself needs updating. The bed is not comfortable at all. Very hard. The bathroom was rough. There is not tub. Just a stand in shower that wasn’t very clean. The wall itself was falling apart near the baseboard. The water pressure was not great and it took at least 10 minutes in the morning to make the water hot enough to enjoy the shower. Was about a 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland which didn’t seem to bad but after a long day with a toddler it’s a long walk. Which I understand is a preference thing. The fridge was large which we appreciated! Next time we’ll be staying closer and at somewhere that is just a little nicer. This place isn’t bad if all you need is a place to sleep on park days and you’re trying to save money."

"The hotel was lovely. It was a bit too big for my liking but not a bad reflection on the hotel just a personal preference. The rooms were modern clean. We had the breakfast and it was okay, nothing special."

"The staff were great. The room needed help. (Broken drawer, shower that soaked the floor, a hair dryer that sparked) And they claim the rooms are soundproof, but I could hear every word my neighbors said as if they were sitting next to me. They were willing to move me to a new room, but there were still issues. "

"Had one front desk member who went above and beyond at check in. Another was meh. I let him know after my first night that the room was terrible. He said speak to matience and made no attempt to change rooms or put me in touch with matience. The fridge ran all night long with a loud buzz. The a/c unit made egregiously loud water passing thru sounds when it was on. Almost mid May and we couldnt have the AC on. Couldnt sleep between the heat, stuffiness, or alternative put on the AC and hear heavy water flowing thru the vent sounds that would keep you up. Ive stayed at Clementine 5 times always with a wonderful experience. Admiringly the laminat flooring, bathroom etc has show wear and tear. You get through it for the heart and charm at Clementine. This time, my balcony to the upstairs raddled like there were safety concerns. There was both head, and fallen pubic hair left behind in the bathtub upon my first viewing for a shower. I didnt think twice about the price or go for rate when considering a hotel this time for my last almost half dozen stays were beyond enjoyable. For $240/ per night for such dirty worn down conditions I am appalled. Never staying here again, you shouldn't either. "

"Room was clean but dated as I was in the Tower. The staff were very helpful and check in was easy. I was very early so I stored luggage and went about my day. I was called when my room was ready which was nice. The shuttle to and from the parks were great!!!!!! I’ll stay again!!"
