"1. Check in good, check out bad. They charge double with new rate. The lady who was check us in said the other shift check us out n check us back in with the new rate that is more expensive. She can’t figure it out and can’t solve the issue. We need to leave so she told us to keep checking our charges n give them a call if not fix. 2. The beds is not comfortable, very old"

"Room was big and clean, no hair dryer, so could not wash my long hair only one little soap bar for 3 people, no shampoo, conditioner, no body wash , no lotion, you have to take out your trash , empty all trash cans from the bathroom and the room /otherwise there is $25 fee, no big mirror in the room, only mirror is located in the bathroom. Continental breakfast is cold, I would not call that breakfast, its snack - granola bar, muffins, bags of oatmeal and clementines, hot water and coffee and...

"I was staying prior to a cruise. The hotel is easy to access, close to restaurants. Was quiet and nice. Beds were very comfortable. I will stay here again."

"If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would. We stayed here in March, and while it wasn’t great, it was acceptable for the price. This stay was an absolute nightmare. The staff acted annoyed by even the simplest questions. When I asked where I could buy a bottle of water, I was directed to what appeared to be a staff break room that looked more like a homeless shelter than part of a hotel. The smell of marijuana was so overwhelming that my clothes smelled like weed after standing there...

"It's a place to crash. Nothing fancy about it. The price reflects the place. I didn't expect much but the check out time is 10 a.m. which is earlier than most. We were putting stuff in the car and had came back in the room to gather the last of our things and do a double check. Knock knock. Check out is 10 we hear. I looked at the time and it was 10:02. I've never had that happen before."
