"We LOVE the Atlantic Beach Hotel! My family has stayed here many times over the years, and every visit is great. Super convenient location in Middletown - right across the street from Eastons Beach, and close to all the main attractions in Newport, while being far enough away to not feel crowded. Free parking as part of your stay! The Main Building has comfortable, spacious rooms (some with town& water views), a beautiful indoor pool and an awesome outdoor sun deck (perfect for sunsets!). "I liked it very much, the room was clean, spacious, the balcony overlooked the trees. We stayed for three nights, two of which were quiet. But the last night in the next room there was a party from 2 am, loud music and noise. We went to the reception, but it was closed. We had to endure the noise, so as not to get involved with a drunken company. But in general the impressions of the hotel itself are very pleasant."

"Amazing location. Super clean. Room was a bit small but that’s only because we had a baby and a pack and play in the room but more than perfect for just two people. No food in hotel but plenty of amazing dining options very close by. Would love for hotels to offer early check in for a fee, but again only because of having our baby with us. Overall great property!"
