"The hotel itself is nice but and the rooms are clean but they need upgrades, especially in the bathrooms. What was really disappointing what the quality of the food. We had dinner at the hotel arrived, and the food was terrible and the prices were outrageous. "The room was nice, clean and good size for the money. The breakfast was OK, but a little hard to navigate. There was a football tourney in town for kids. They used up the entire pool and the pool bar was not open. We had to yell at the kids running in the hall knocking on doors at 11pm. The sink stopper was stuck and the hair dryer did not work. In spite of asking the desk, they were not fixed. These are little things that make a four star into a 3."

"Honestly you walk through the front door into another world! It feels like yuozr in the muddle of a forest and the atmosphere is peace and relaxation. Our room was spacious and airy and perfect temp to get away from the heat we had during our visit. The plung pool qas wonderfully relaxing and excitingly fun and thw under ground hot pool was wonderful. Helpful and friendlzly staff add to the fact that we will be returning to this beautiful retreat in the middle of the city."
