It’s a 15 minute walk into the town which is lively and plenty of shops and restaurants . The hotel staff were lovely and very friendly . The rooms have a living area with modern facilities, the beds are comfortable."

"Sheraton is a great hotel. Very convenient location with a quick access to metro/subway. Clean, spacious and soundproof rooms, wonderful breakfasts, very friendly and accommodating stuff. The only reason I put 4 stars and not 5 is that I have to contact them afterwards about the charge - they require deposit of 100 USD per room, and after 2 days after departure it is still charged to my credit card. Also, the swimming pool requires a swim cup, and it is quite cool water, while the hot tub...

"Very cozy place to stay. Extremely friendly staff. The location is amazing, just a minutes walk from sea front and Ortakoy mosque. The surrounding alleys are also very picturesque and full of nice cafes and restaurants."

"Our reservation was for a double room with Bosphorus view, for my surprise they upgraded my room for a suite with a king and bed room, a balcony with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The staff were so friendly. The location is a little bit far from the interesting points to visit so I recommend to use public transportation which is very easy and economic service. I recommend the hotel is you want luxury hotel with beautiful views, this is for you. "

"Great front desk staff. The manager Can G. was extremely helpful in every aspect of our stay. He knew the area well and made excellent recommendations and took care of everything we needed. The pool was great as was the dry sauna and the Turkish bath! I would highly recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay."
