"The water situation was atrocious! We had to schedule showers in increments of 30 minutes for a party of 4 adults as that was how long it took to get hot water. Equally, I had to text to get toilet paper, clean towels etc. I requested an extra blanket and was told I could only get ONE. We were provided with an 8 by 10 small heater. Despite this, the location of the hotel was a huge plus. The metro and other eateries were near by.
Edgar in the front desk was the only pleasant person I encountered...
