"¡Muy buena experiencia! Nos gustó mucho cómo nos recibieron. El hotel estaba muy limpio y durante toda nuestra estadía fueron muy atentos con nosotros. Realmente es un hotel que recomendaríamos y en el que volveríamos a quedarnos. Además, si están planeando hacer road trips desde Ciudad de México, por ejemplo hacia San Miguel de Allende, la ubicación es perfecta: pueden hospedarse aquí, salir fácilmente a carretera y evitar gran parte del tráfico de CDMX. ¡Definitivamente una muy buena opción y no se van a arrepentir!"

"I have stayed here several times, mainly because it is the closest hotel to my mother-in-law’s house. Overall, I think it is a good option for the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and for a short stay, it has everything you need. One thing I definitely think they need to improve is the customer service at the front desk. I have stayed here several times, and the reception staff often comes across as unfriendly and sometimes even rude. I think better customer service and a friendlier attitude toward guests would make a big difference. I also think it is time to update the bedding. The bedspreads look quite old and seem like they have been there for a long time. Newer, more modern bedding would make the rooms look much nicer and more inviting. As for the location, it works well for us because we have family nearby. However, I would not really recommend this hotel to someone visiting Mexico City for a vacation or sightseeing, since it is pretty far from the city center and the main tourist attractions. If you are visiting family, attending a party or event in the area, it is a practical and affordable option."
