The outdoor area has rusty chairs, overgrown weeds, animal droppings on the stairs to the rooftop patio, and is in dire need of an overhaul. "Excellent hotel stay at Anchor In. Upon arrival, the front desk team was very kind in making recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, and gave us a wonderful room with a view of the waterfront. Parking was easy, and the property was clean. Once in the room, it had all of the features expected, in room coffee, fridge, safe, plenty of shampoo, soap, etc. The TV had so many channels that it was challenging to keep track of all the options. "We stayed at Green Harbor Resort over Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and rainy, so the outdoor pool was closed. The staff gave us access to their sister properties, Blue Water and Red Jacket Resorts. We went to Blue Water since it has an indoor pool, but it was very crowded with kids and quite small, so we weren’t really able to swim or relax.
