"Overall the stay was good, with just a couple of points that let it down. Breakfast on the first morning was quite disappointing in that we sat down and it was 35 minutes before our order was taken and another 20 minutes before it arrived. There were a number of vases of wilted/dead flowers around the rooms. Silly point, but the toilet roll holder was impossible to use without the roll coming off and shooting across the floor. Body wash dispenser was empty. Breakfast was adequate. Again, very basic. However, staff were very friendly and attentive."

Communication through routine attachments sent was good but slow or no response to individual questions asked via Expedia app compared to other hotels/ accommodations where response has been much better. Price is on higher side and for me was a little overpriced for Great Yarmouth as a location overall. But can’t fault the property and the views."

"Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Very friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and had air conditioning which was a welcome addition as we were there during a heatwave! We found the bed very hard and most uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean and with nice toiletries. I cannot recommend the food. The menu is quite small. The food is poorly prepared. My husband had chilli con carne which was clearly microwaved and quite bland. I had a Caesar salad which I could not eat as it was...
