"Older clean value hotel"

"Unfortunately when I walked into my room the floor was soaked near the air conditioning so I asked for a new room the next room had broken tiles in the bathroom floor and broken sink faucet and a broken usb outlet. I went down to tell the man at the desk and he said you already paid for this. No offer for another different room he was unpleasant and made me feel like leaving. I won’t be staying at any comfort Inn again."

"The hallways on third floor smelled like cigarette smoke, our room smells like dirty gym socks , the dishwasher was on and steaming the room We did get a new room and the pull out couch was broken , three people had to sleep on one bed ,"

"We had a nice stay ay this hotel. The only problem was they had to work on the plumbing and shut the water off from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and we were not made aware. They claimed there was an email sent but when you're on vacation you don't really check your emails and when I did check there was no email from them about it. So they really should have sent a letter under the door of the room. If we were made aware we would have made arrangements to shower earlier in the morning instead of go...

"I will never use Expedia again. Expedia is a rip off. They booked my room on the wrong date and the wrong city. And said council it and redo. I canceled it and they locked me out of their system and charged me twice. You cannot get in touch with no one because they won’t give you customer service number. They will take a report and then turn around and say we will get back with you once my supervisor go over the report. And they will try to offer you 10% off the next trip after you lost 200% of...

"was State at this property a year ago and it was wonderful, regrettably a lot has changed. The furniture on this trip was all beat up, bathroom had holes in the walls and chips of paint missing, blanket was stained. They have coffee in the office, but the office is closed until 11 AM. The staff appeared to try to be helpful, but pretty much incompetent."

"These guys never respond with late checkout responds via text, web, or email. It’s funny because even if you do pay the extra they’ll still bang on your door even if you did pay."

"When booking the Studio 6 hotel, on checking in I was told by front desk that the price that I paid on line with Expedia was for Hotel 6 and not for Studio 6 as booked.I was told the price charged on - line $91.00 was not enough to stay next door at studio 6. There were alot of out of town contractors that arrived around 8:pm and left early around 6:30 am. I would not recommend staying here."

"They said check in at 3pm we got there a little earlier and they said maybe an hour . It was way longer than that. We got the sweet with the hot tub, after turning on the jets it started blowing out nasty dirty stuff. I drained it and cleaned it twice and nasty stuff kept coming out. Very disappointed"
