"Stayed for two nights. My room was never cleaned or towels replaced. Full length mirror was missing from the room."

"The room was good and clean and the service people were very friendly and helpful. The only issue had to do with late night noise from some of the folks staying there and the issue of street racing at night which is not under your control but often made it hard to stay asleep. Your location otherwise was great and very convenient to visit the surrounding areas. Thanks"

"Sheets looked dingy and dirty. I was walking on the floor without shoes and after a few minutes bottom of my feet were so dirty I had to wash them. The bathroom floor had hair from previous people. The window lock was broken and unsafe. We were on the first floor so anyone could have slid the window open. Bottom line I would never stay there again!!!"

"The hotel was loud, slamming doors nonstop, and people shouting in neighboring room late into the night/morning. It wasn’t a good stay."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was great. My only complaints are 1. The A/C couldn’t regulate the temperature very well. It was constantly turning on and off throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. 2. The blinds over the window didn’t seal the window very well and let in lots of light. 3. We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t come in and make the beds and refresh towels after the first night."

"Comfortable clean rooms and usual free breakfast fare. On site restaurant (B/L/D) with quality food at a reasonable price. Pool/hot tub indoors and very clean. Outdoor spaces are plentiful with walking paths. stunning gardens, and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the gardens and the beautiful mountain view. Nice dog park as well. Only negative is close proximity to interstate highway noise."
