"Nice small resort-like inn 11 km from airport and near Dartmouth/Halifax. Room are more rustic looking, but decent quality. Many rooms with a balcony. Hotel is situated on a lake, including small beach and a pool. Good restaurant on site. Also grocery store, gas, fast food 5 minute drive. Only disappointment is the room has a small fridge, but does not work. Fre parking on site."

"The little breakfast was great! Took it for the road which was convenient. The bed was a little low and soft for our comfort level but nothing you can do about that. Coffee was great, the view was amazing!!! Great lake view from our room which was the fletcher. I had coffee outside on the Muskoka chairs."

"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent customer service. The included breakfast was excellent with full standard breakfast or omelettes or eggs Benny. Unfortunately there was a sewer line blockage that affected the toilets so that was inconvenient, the pillows were huge and the mattresses were quite soft but I would still stay here again for the value."

"We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were super accommodating and helped me print some important paperwork while I was staying at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent warm, egg, sausages, pancakes, bagels, cereal, mushrooms, and stirfry vegetables every morning. The coffee was amazing. Overall an excellent choice"

"Older rooms but good for short stays. Fridge didn't work and heater doesn't allow setting a specific temperature, just a dial to estimate the air temperature it blows out."
