"We asked to change rooms when we arrived because the room overlooked the inner courtyard and restaurant rather than the ocean. There was no liquid soap in the bottle in the shower. On our 2nd and last morning at 8am I arrived for the FREE breakfast to find there was no milk. When I went to the coffee station there was no cream at all. I reported this to a staff member and he said I could check in the front office fridge. So on my own I went and discovered 6 unopened 1 litre Coffee Cream cartons and two full plastic bins of creamers. I took a couple creamers and went back and reported this to the same staff member but nothing changed. There were still 2 more FREE Breakfast hours for the many others who came after me. I was disappointed by these parts of our stay."

"Room was beautiful with awesome view. Parking super easy, not secure thou. It is outdoor and open. Reception staff was very polite and friendly. Love Netspresso machine. The only thing is the floor had hair and dust bunnies on the edge of the bed. Everything else was spotless."
