"Um grande diferencial positivo foi o restaurante que tem um café da manhã irreparável e opções durante o dia inteiro. Dependendo do horário, vai ter até fila de espera. O restaurante fecha as 3h e abre as 6h, ou seja, apenas 3 horas fechado durante as 24h. Outro ponto positivo é a recepção, as meninas super atenciosas e prestativas. A localização também é um grande ponto positivo por ser em plena Avenida Paulista esquina com a Haddock Lobo, o que permite acesso a uber com facilidade pela rua...

Minha única reclamação é que nunca consigo early check in nem late check out e da última vez não pude deixar minhas coisas na recepção, no locker. Parece que não tem mais locker. Bem confuso. "This hotel would be a 20 out of 10 except, the beds are not comfortable. I hate to have to say that because I loved it so much, but I like to leave an honest review. The beds are very, very firm.
