"Despite the chilly weather of Kimberley our stay was delectable, however, the facility lacks communication means with the reception whien in your room. I found myself having to leave the room to the reception to ask for an iron when it would be easy to communicate via a telephone like in other hotels. ..."

"Lovely hotel in best location in Kimberley - literally next door to the Big Hole, with its own pathway. Staff were very helpful. Room and hotel were tastefully decorated to fit into mining theme."
