One consideration for travelers: if you're arriving early in the morning—especially from an international flight—it's important to know that early check-in is generally not available here. We loved our stay at this hotel! It was a perfect location slightly away from the tourist area, but also walking distance (10-15min max) from all the main sites in town. There were to playgrounds nearby for our children which was also nice. The hotel itself was very nice. The staff was all helpful and the rooms were good. The food was delicious!! Breakfast has a wide array of buffet items and menu items. The staff also let us customize our crepes everyday! The Italian dinner restaurant was also wonderful food to the point we went back two more times for lunch and dinner!

A wonderful hotel! Breakfast was out of this world! The restaurant de la orza next door was outstanding as was the osteria. In the Jewish district, it was close to everything. The museum de el pintor greco was a must!

Nice hotel in great area

Lovely hotel in the old Jewish quarter, across the street from the Museo El Greco and a beautiful park. The room was large; desk, kettle, mini-fridge, jacuzzi tub. All my needs were well met. It’s easy to walk to all the tourist sites from here.

Overnight stay

We were on a Spain road trip and Toledo was our final stop before flying back to the uk. We spent most of our time exploring Toledo. The hotel was a mix of old and new with a nice bar and restaurant which we tried and enjoyed. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Our room was comfortable with AC for the hot nights. We couldn’t really complain about anything we experienced.

Welcoming staff. Spacious room. Charming hotel. Conveniently located. With Deluxe room we received a complimentary gift of wine bottle and sweets. Delicious buffet breakfast with additional a la carte options. Luis at the reception desk gave us great suggestions of the city to visit unique places and best enjoy our stay in beautiful Toledo.

This Hotel is well situated. Just be aware their parking is underground in the -2 level, very tight to go up and down. Highly recommended using a compact car. We got the deluxe room so I can’t talk in general but our room had many luxury features. They are just lack of Air Conditioning. We had to open the window and there was a lot of noise from the Street until 2am that things went down. Other than that, great hotel with a great jacuzzi (deluxe room at least)
