Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Tolleson

"The first room they put us in smelled like the inside of a musty wash machine. They did put us in a different room though. I went to take a shower and the water never got hot. I called the front desk to ask why and then they told us that the boiler was down. The vending machines were all out of water and the temp out side was 107. I went to the front desk to let them know and the said that there was a convivence store just up the street. Is this "customer service"?? I walked a little ways and...

"The breakfast bar was excellent. Good variety of food and was hot. Excellent parking. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The AC was horrible, sounding like a train on the railroad. Staff in the back around 3am was asleep and didn’t come to the front when called out to loudly. It wasn’t until loud banging made the employee wake up. Horrible experience"

"The King "Suite" was smaller than I thought it would be. It was nice they gave me a free Tide pod for my laundry. The pool was small. It's a tight fit property due to being so close to ASU. The maid gave excellent service and the front desk was friendly. Breakfast was an added bonus."

"The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very helpful during our stay. One thing about customer service I didn't like was the fact that we arrived the premises at about 2:30pm and requested early check-in barely 30min earlier after a 6 hour flight from Boston into the burning heat of AZ, common courtesy was to allow us check-in early. The staff eventually honored our request after minutes of negotiations. Overall our stay was great. I'll recommend"
