"Clean room, great breakfast, extra large rooms"

"The hotel A/C was not up to par when it’s 110 degrees outside. The tv in the room didn’t work. The remote was broken could not turn down the volume and get a correct channel to stay. The room key did not work had to go back to the front desk. No one was there waited…. A maid came by and asked her if she knew where she was. Had no clue. Called the front desk while standing there no one came to pickup the phone. Another maid came by asked again. I was hot tired and finally another clerk showed...

"My trip worked out very well everything fell in place found the car found the hotel room found everything was easy to get two had a wonderful time thank you for your hospitality and your expertise"

"Every time I used the stairs there was fresh cigarette smoke lingering around. I am asthmatic and this smoke triggers episodes. The key cards did not work half the times. This was brought to the attention of staff and they were very nonchalant about it. I had stayed there two prior times and it just got worse every time"
