"Extremely interesting hotel built in an old convent high above the town. Unusual entrance from the street in either a private or public glass lift. Hotels fit out and amenities including gym, pool and spa stylish. Breakfast exemplary."

"It really has everything you need. The amenities are second to none, free laundry and a fully stocked gym were great to have. Parking outside the hotel was fine, 4EUR for 24 hours and able to get a space relatively easily during the day, only struggled one time in the evening (after 6pm). It is a 30-35 minute walk to the centre, this was fine for me but one thing to bear in mind. The walk felt very safe but part of it is through a park unless you take a slightly longer route (which adds 5 mins to the walk)"

"Lovely hotel that’s centrally located for exploring San Sebastián by foot - the beach is less than 5 minutes, the regional train station is less than 10 minutes, and Old Town is less than 20 minutes. The staff was also very helpful - they let me check in early, upgraded my room, and borrow beach towels. I’d happily stay there again!"

"El personal en general muy atento. Solo tuvimos inconvenientes al momento del desayuno , no atendían , estaban sobrepasados y hasta me hablaron de mala gana cuando pedí agua caliente por q la dispuesta no lo estaba. Y me hicieron esperar 20 minutos. Luego todo el resto excepcional."
