"The hotel is a hidden gem that overlooks a beautiful waterfall. The majority of the rooms are a decent walk from the lobby which we weren't aware of but the walk took us through out the beautiful grounds of the hotel. The spa was fantastic. One of the best massages I ever had. Very little English is spoken at this hotel expect by two workers. Hugo was fantastic! He made sure we knew where we were going and took care of us. Alan was very helpful as well! Would definitely stay at this hotel again...

"The bed and shower were very comfortable. The hotel is a little on the old side. Would be nice to see furniture and doors upgraded. The staff was indifferent at times. We had a doorbell ring on our first morning at 8:30 am with hotel worker announcing “Lavandería” which means laundry service. Told the front desk not to have anyone ring us….it just went in one ear and out the other. It’s a culture thing I guess "

"Rooms are fully immersed in the nature and fully and nicely equiped to enjoy the quietness of the place. You don’t need to go out, food is amazing for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Plenty of activities to do out-door or just relax at the swimming

"We were expecting something better for the price paid. The water on the shower was mostly cold, we had to be closing and opening the faucet every 2 minutes to get the water warm again. The mattresses were not very comfortable. We noticed several places around the swimming
