"Bar and rooftop were great and drinks were excellent. Location was great. However, we had problems with plumbing fixtures, door lock and noisy a/c unit. We felt that price point should’ve involved a full time front desk with baggage assistance. There was no elevator and stairs were required to get to rooms."

"Look- let me preface this with we are not the kind of people that need super fancy hotels, but this was rough. You could tell they do NOT clean anything. The AC in the hallways clearly did not work. I broke a sweat just walking down the hall. Wallpaper was peeling off in multiple places in the halls. Just felt grimy everywhere. The food looked so rough that neither of us attempted to eat. "The breakfast was continental as stated but was hoping for eggs and meat. Also no coffee in the room. When I arrived to check-in the power was mostly out due to storms but the manager helped me get into a room and even carried my bag up three flights of steps. Great customer service from this manager!!"
