"One of the most delightful surprises I’ve encountered on my trip. This 300 year old Solar is magnificent and its owners and family have passed it down for over 8 generations. While the town itself has very little going on (I’m hiking so it would be hard to find a place to eat) the owners made me a wonderful plate of cheese, ham, homemade jam, bread and a glass of wine. Might be one of the best experiences diuring my travels and the proprietor was simply delightful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around. "

"Thomar Story is a great hotel to stay when visiting Tomar and the surrounding area. The hotel is newly renovated. The room is as pictured: modern and clean with all the amenities needed. The hotel is located close to the center of town, easily accessible by walking. It is close to some good restaurants and cafe. All in all, we would recommend this hotel if you are planning a visit to Tomar."
