"My experience was very good. I would stay there again. However, whenever they use to clean does not smell good. Other than that, I had a great experience!"

"I guess you get what you pay for, but for not much more you can have cleanliness, peace, and comfort, so this seems not worth it. First, despite signs saying no smoking, the whole place reeked of weed. You could smell it from the street, even with car windows up. Parts of the floor, the bathtub, and the sheets and pillowcases were either stained or visibly dirty. The bathtub was definitely dirty, and so was the inside of the freezer, with lots of debris. I had been looking forward to a hot bath after a long, cold day, so that was disappointing. The water came out brown, though, so I didn’t even get a shower, which was the whole reason I got a hotel instead of just sleeping at a truck stop. It was very, very loud, even after one and two am, which made it hard to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable, like within a few minutes of lying down you could feel the platform underneath the mattress. There were no fitted sheets, just a flat sheet draped over the mattress rather carelessly. The tv was on when I entered the room, which sort of made me feel like it had been hastily vacated and that made it feel even less clean than it was. I would not stay here again. I would have been more comfortable and felt safer sleeping in my car at a truck stop than I felt in this location. "

"The kitchen was useless. Rusted microwave and stove. People live here full time. Paper thin walls and ceiling. Outdated and falling apart furniture. No coffeemaker. On the plus side my room was clean and bug free and I survived the weekend. "

"Dirty room, dirty sofa, disgusting toilet (stain), mold in the room, room phone didn't work and the staff during the check-in time was a little rude! Ran out of breakfast item by 8:30am. Will not stay here ever again! "

"The location is gorgeous. So close to Philly, Historic Smithville and Atlantic City. No issue with “things to do” on property or near by. It only gets three stars as I expected a much higher level of customer experience. The hotel was busy! Soccer teams, private parties, golf groups, tourists etc. The room wasn’t ready at check in. There was only one bar tender in packed bar who was also serving the tavern. Worst martini, ever. It was served with crushed ice in it? Room service went to voice mail - tried for thirty minutes and gave up. Called front desk and the Staff manager took our order by text and we had to walk to the front desk to get our order. Hand sanitizer & wipes were empty in the gym. Dark and ambiguous walk back to the hotel from the far self-serve parking lot. 1/2 finished Bar drinks from the night before were still in the ladies bathroom (in the lobby) the next morning. There is a big sign posted “Quiet Hours 10pm - 6am” which was a farce. The two rooms next to us had multiple people visiting and were disturbingly loud which went on well past midnight. The good parts are that the Bed and the linen was exquisite. Good space in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was nice. Omelette station was excellent as were the amount of healthy food choices. "
