"The rooms were clean when we got there and smelled nice. They only clean every 3 days, though. The kitchen was cool, but it really needed some frying pans. They only had 3 pots. There were regular dishes, glasses, and silverware, but no big bowls. The elevator kept breaking down during our 6-day stay. Most of the staff didn't speak English, but they used their phones to help translate."

"The lobby was eye appealing and smelled very good. We were assigned to a room on the first floor that was not very clean and the bathroom floor was wet. We soon realized that it was due to a leaky shower. I reported this to the clerk at the front desk and her response was "oh they did tell me that room had that problem." She apologized and moved us to another room that was better and not set up for handicap. The television hardly had any channels so we had to watch Netflix on our tablet."
