"This is an old hotel but it is updated and maintained and is just so pleasant. Breakfast was really good. We shall return!"

"Staff was wonderful. Bed was comfy and room large. Room needs maintenance. From front door to shower to toilet. Outside of the room is unacceptable. At back building the stairs are in terrible shape, no plants in flower pot, broken crappy plastic chair and old worn out table at front door. It almost looks like an abandoned building back there. Trash in planters, ice machine does not work (but staff will provide ice). Why not just fix it! Breakfast room clean and nice. Breakfast good. Affordable. The floor made my socks really dirty. A few pros but too many cons. "

"Very clean, renovated rooms appropriately styled for the location. I appreciated the QR codes for the decor! Comfy beds, excellent hot water, and walking distance to everything needed! Highly recommend!"

"Arrived early and inquired about early check-in options. I was willing to pay the $25 fee for 2 hours early, but the lady at the front desk was rude and said it was $50. I also requested a 1st floor room since they only have stairs, and she was rude about that and said she couldn’t switch rooms since they were already assigned. I have a bad knee which makes stairs difficult, but I managed. Other staff on subsequent days were great, and polite. Our room keys stopped working and they were quick to fix it. The room itself was nice and as expected. Beds were comfortable. The hotel sits just outside of town so there were no noise issues or heavy traffic around. There’s a nice outdoor seating area that offers a place to relax and chat with friends. "
