"The staff were super helpful, especially the woman at the front desk, who was very kind and even suggested things to do around Niagara Falls. The room was okay, not dirty, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved. A few suggestions: please add a trash bin near the wash basin, upgrade the shower as the current one is not very useful, and provide a proper locking system for the bathroom door. The overall hotel structure and location are great. With better cleaning and a few upgrades, this hotel could be amazing. The location is perfect for visiting Niagara Falls!"

"I have stated this location multiple times. It is super convenient to shopping, dining and getting around the area in general. Our room was not fully cleaned. There was food left in our mini fridge and our garbages were not emptied. The staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful for any additional needs we had. Parking is super convenient and it's very cute inside. We also liked the sauna. I would stay again for sure. Just would like a totally clean room."
