Room was clean and spacious and staff was friendly. The restroom was a bit outdated. Overall it was a good choice, great for access to trails and gondolas. The restaurant is quite good.

Great accommodation. Spotless room, well equipped with oven and dishwasher. Nice to have a separate sitting area to bedroom with comfy sofa. Lovely pool and outside area. theurwashing machine

It was pouring with rain when we arrived, so we really appreciated having the carport and entry cover, so we didn’t get soaked hauling our luggage in. Great for a 1nt stay on our way from Wellington to the Coromandel. Because of the weather the Coromandel didn’t happen, but that’s a whole other ...

Used Tongariro crossing shuttle really friendly driver and convenient pick up with parking at ski biz. Booking online was easy and if you are doing the crossing you need a shuttle as departing and arrival are two different locations.
